Neil Gross M. D.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Gross graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harvard College with a degree in Biology in 1977. He earned his medical degree from Yale Medical School in 1981. After completing his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan's Kellogg Eye Center in 1986, he served a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery at the Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Gross is board certified in Ophthalmology and became a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery in 1989. He is an attending physician at both the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, MA and the North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Gross writes articles on eye topics that are published in The Lynn Journal. He also produces and provides expert commentary on a public access cable TV program called "Your Eyes." This show is broadcast in Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Saugus and Winthrop, MA.
