General Information

Office Hours:  The office is open from 8:30AM -12PM and 1PM-5PM, Monday through Friday.

Location: We are Located in Clocktower Business Center, 330 Lynnway, Suite 335, Lynn MA 01901

Appointments: New patients are asked to arrive ten minutes in advance of their appointment in order to complete a health history and other paperwork.  

Recall: As a courtesy, we attempt to call each person 24-48 hours prior to their appointment.

Cancellations: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Non-English speaking patients: All non-English speaking patients must be accompanied by an interpreter.

Children:  Dr. Gross sees patients ages 15 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
