INSURANCE PARTICIPATION
We participate with most medical insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evercare, Harvard Pilgrim, Harvard Pilgrim First Seniority, Mass Health, Medicare, Neighborhood Health Plan, Network Health, Tufts, Tufts Medicare Preferred, Unicare, United Health Care and selected Commonwealth Care Plans.

If we do not participate with your insurance, you will be given a receipt and the necessary insurance codes to submit for reimbursement. Payment, however, is expected at the time of your examination.

COPAYS/DEDUCTIBLES AND OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Payment of copays, deductibles and outstanding balances are expected at the time of your examination.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by major credit/debit card, cash, check and money order.

FINANCING
To help make treatment affordable for all patients, we also offer financing through Care Credit. Payment options include 3, 6, and 12-month no-interest plans. Care Credit is fast and convenient to use. Patients may apply either on line at www.carecredit.com or via phone at 800-365-8295.
